Upon entering the rom download section you must acknowledge and agree to:

1. Not download more then one rom at a time so that you don't bog down the server

2. Not download the roms unless you own the original cartridge

3. If you don't own the original cartridge you will delete the files within 24 hours of downloading

4. You will not hold Dark Assasin or anyone in any way associated with 'The Dragons Lair' responsible for anything you do with the files you download after the initial 24 hour period.
